How to fix Windows 7 Interactive logon process initialization has failed error

Recently ran into an issue where a Windows 7 system for no reason gave a “Interactive logon process initialization has failed” error for no reason. No updates had been applied and nothing out of the ordinary.This is a quick post on how I was able to resolve the issue. Tried several of the usual steps.
